1.The structure is different
Full fit:The capacitance fully adheres to the screen, and high permeability adhesive is used between the touch layer and the display screen, without any gap.
Incomplete fit:The non full fit screen is just to fit and fix the touch layer with the back cover of the display screen. There will be a gap between the two layers, which is only the biggest difference between them.
2.Display effect
Full fit:The exterior of the touch screen assembly is tightly bonded, and there is no more specular light, so the display scene is naturally clear and transparent.
Incomplete fit:There is no treatment between the touch layer and the lower side of the display screen, resulting in an air layer between them. Although the air layer is very large, the two extra surfaces will make the light reflect on the surface, resulting in a dim screen, and the display effect is not as good as that of the full fit screen.
3.Airtightness
After the touch screen is directly bonded to the display screen with optical adhesive, the full bonding technology begins to come out. This is just the focus of this paper. OGS and other full bonding technologies first replace the positions where the double-sided adhesive should be used between the three-layer frames with loca (liquid transparent optical adhesive, commonly known as water adhesive) or OCA (solid transparent optical adhesive). OCA is used more, Compared with OCA, loca and OCA can better glue the gap between layers, and avoid the possibility of dust and air circulation as far as possible. This is because the image display effect and the noise protection effect of the optical system should be taken into account when designing the optical system, so as to promote the correct position of each optical component, which ensures the compactness and order.
Incomplete fit:With these screens, they often crack after a collision, and it's easy to get gray.
